Social media and digital marketing coordinator
We’re on the lookout for a highly motivated, strategic ‘do-er and thinker’ to join our scalable agency based in Newtown, Geelong.
Someone who wants to work as part of a small but savvy team of marketing experts on a broad range of B2B and B2C-based accounts. You’ll have killer communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as a meticulous eye for detail. You’ll work hard in a fast-paced environment while enjoying plenty of laughs along the way. You like flexing your creative muscles by writing killer copy and developing attention-grabbing social content and delivering seamless service to our legendary clients.
What matters most to us is that you thrive on using your initiative, will act with good old fashioned honesty and integrity and strive for best-practice outcomes for our clients.
Your background will be in marketing or social media with strong hands-on experience. Video content creation (Reels, TikTok etc) is preferred.

Reporting to the Director, your weekly to-do list would look a bit like:
Create content for social media channels including LinkedIn Company pages, LinkedIn personal pages, Twitter, Facebook and Instagram that aligns with existing strategy and brand guidelines
Design, set up and manage social media advertising campaigns
Write professional copy for EDM communications and create branded email marketing campaigns
Develop visual content often using existing branded templates. May sometimes include image sourcing. (Video editing skills and experience with Reels/TikTok favoured)
Schedule approved social media content across various scheduling platforms including (but not limited to AgoraPulse, Buffer, Facebook Creator Studio)
Some basic WordPress updates
In time, your role will grow to be client-facing and include account management.
We need someone who knows the landscape well and has at least 4 year’s experience working in a similar role. The role is part time – 18 hours across 3 days per week – looking to expand in the coming months. It’s based at our office in Geelong, and we can chat about the possibility of some flexible work.
Salary: Negotiable based on experience
